SMartTek™ Universal Metal Squeegee Assembly

JNJ’s MSA adjustable angle of attack metal squeegee blade assembly fits directly into most standard 3/8 x 3/8 diamond blade holder or 3/8 x 3/4 single edge blade holder. The precision ground blade with the proprietary Electrolized coating will deliver crisp print deposits time after time. The metal blade adjusts easily to any desired angle and then locks in place with the use of an allen wrench. Includes the aluminum housing, lock collars, and SMartTek MSI metal squeegee insert. Angle is adjustable +/- 40 degrees from the center position. Sold in sets of two. Custom sizes available.

For use in MSA housings and JNJ's SMarTek OEM compatible adjustable angle metal blade holders for DEK, deHaart, MPM, and SMTech. MSI replacement inserts consist of a precision machined aluminum rod with an Electrolyzed coated metal blade. Specify length, holder series and printer model when ordering. Sold in sets of two. Custom sizes available.
