MPM Ultraprint 2000 Squeegee Blade Holder

The MPM style UPH squeegee blade holder is made to fit the UltraPrint 2000 model printer and some models of the SPM. This holder accommodates flat metal and/or polyurethane blades. Made from gold anodized aluminum, it comes with mounting studs and knobs. Metal and polyurethane blades sold separately. Side solder paste deflectors available. Sold in sets of two. When ordering specify use, with metal (Part # UPFMI) or polyurethane (Part # UPPBI) blades. (metal blade shown in photo)

MPM Blade Holder for Screw Mount Metal Blades

The APSMH squeegee blade holder for screw mount metal blades fits all MPM AP- 20 through AP-36, AP Excel, and UltraPrint 3000 model printers. These holders are made from gold anodized aluminum and are designed to accept flat metal squeegee blades that have been pre-punched or pre-drilled with the matching hole pattern. Side solder paste deflectors available. Sold in sets of two. (blades sold separately).

MPM Blade Holder for Polyurethane Blades

This MPM style squeegee blade holder for polyurethane blades is made to fit all AP-20 through AP-36,  AP Excel, and UltraPrint 3000 model printers. These holders are made from gold anodized aluminum and are designed to accept 1/4 thick polyurethane squeegee blades from JNJ. Polyurethane blades are available from 50 to 180 durometer, come in lengths from 6 to 24 inches and come complete with mounting studs and knobs. Side solder paste deflectors available. Sold in sets of two.

MPM Blade Holder for Flat Metal Squeegee Blades

For faster, easier blade changes with all MPM AP 20 through the AP-36,  AP Excel, and UltraPrint 3000 model printers, JNJ’s APMH holder features quick clamping of flat metal squeegee blades. Made from gold anodized aluminum, the blade is clamped in place between two aluminum brackets. Available with optional side solder paste deflectors and comes with mounting studs and knobs. Sold in sets of two. Also available as a complete assembly, APMHA which includes, APMH Holder, APFMI Blade & Paste Deflectors

To order flat metal blade inserts, use catalog #APFMI, and add blade length after the dash. Example, to order an 8 inch flat metal blade insert use catalog #APFMI-8.
