(Click for Sample Request Form) JNJ’s New and Improved 4000 Series, Standard SmartRoll material now works for systems with and without vacuum assisted wiper systems. Made from Dupont™ Sontara® Cleanmaster stencil cleaning fabric, these rolls improve quality and productivity in PCB printing. JNJ SmartRolls® set the industry standard for cleaning the bottom of stencils, keeping them free from paste and flux between prints. All of JNJ's Standard - SmartRolls® are made with Dupont ™ Sontara® cleanmaster stencil cleaning material, which is ideal for cleaning stencils with fine pitch apertures. Wiping with SmartRolls prevents smearing, bridging, solder balls, and other problems associated with the stencil printing of solder paste onto PC boards. This Clean Room grade wiping roll is tough, absorbent, and resists tearing and shredding. SmartRolls effectively remove residual solder paste, flux, inks, and epoxies with or without solvent. The OmniRoll has the same raw materials and manufacturing process as our Standard 4000 Series material, but has a lighter basis weight. This material composition has excellent air flow characteristics, which allows the printer's vacuum system to work as designed, but also makes it an ideal roll for printers that have not been upgraded with a vacuum assisted wiper system. Because of its lighter basis weight, it accommodates additional linear feet per roll while maintaining the standard roll OD specification. Rolls made from the OmniRoll material begin with "7" i.e. part number 7101MP represents an MPM roll made with the 7000 Series material, which part number 7101MP-55 has 55 linear feet of material instead of the normal 39 feet for a standard MPM roll.
