JNJ Industries Dry wipes and special wipes for clean rooms,optical,cleaning

Manufactured from 100% continuous filament polyester fiber, JNJ’s UltraClean SmartWipes® ensure superior cleaning performance with extremely low particle generation and soluble extractables. This wipe is soft and will not scratch, and becomes softer when wet, while maintaining high tensile strength. Unaffected by solvents, UltraClean wipes have very low electrostatic discharge. UltraClean wipes are excellent for cleaning glass and ceramic substrates, CD discs, instrumentation, tools, and the bottom of screens. UltraClean Unlaundered is one of our most popular wipes and is widely used in screen printing applications where lint free cleaning is critical.

UnderStencil Wipe (401)

JNJ 401 UnderStencil SmartWipes are designed especially for cleaning SMT stencils and screen/stencil printing machines. This wipe effectively absorbs solder paste, flux residue, inks and epoxies, with or without solvent. The 401 wipe will keep stencil undersides clean from excess residue in between prints to prevent solder paste contamination on PC boards. Ideal for cleaning standard pitch, fine pitch, and ultra fine pitch stencil images, they resist tearing and shredding, and are very low in lint. When used with JNJ SMT Stencil Cleaner solvent, it is the most effective stencil cleaning system available.

Foam Wipe

Made from fully reticulated (open cell) polyurethane foam, 443 Foam SmartWipes are white in color, and can be Clean Room packaged. Foam wipes are absorbent to solvents and solutions, as well as many forms of contaminants. Foam wipes are the only true non-abrasive, lint free wipes. The exceptionally low particle generation makes them ideal for Clean Room applications. These 1/8" thick wipes are durable and reusable. The open cell structure of the wipe not only traps dirt and soils including thick film inks, grease, pastes, and epoxies, but the high “sponge-like properties” make them an excellent solvent applicator.

OptiSmart® Wipe

For precision optics and highly polished surfaces, JNJ’s OptiSmart SmartWipes feature a weave of soft, microscopic polyester fibers, 1/200th the diameter of a human hair. OptiSmart wipes scoop up and trap oil and dirt between the ultra fine fibers to safely clean finger smudges, dirt, oil, and all types of residue from delicate optical surfaces including camera lenses, microscope lenses, glasses, telescopes, and glass slides. These super soft wipes will not scratch or smudge, and can be used dry or with solvents.

Crepe Wipe

For laboratory clean up, light manufacturing and parts cleaning requiring a rugged, highly absorbent wipe, JNJ crepe wipes feature a hydro-entangled blend of cellulose and polyester fibers for exceptional dimensional stability. Polyester fiber delivers strength while cellulose provides super wicking action and absorbency. This is a non-woven wipe, free of chemical binders. Available in two colors, blue (Blue Comet) and white (White Tornado), the crepe SmartWipes® from JNJ resist tearing and shredding, and are very low in lint. The textured surface provides superior cleaning performance. Also available in non-crepe (flat surface) wipes.

Royal Wipe

Super absorbent the JNJ’s Royal SmartWipe absorbs 13 times its weight in liquid. It’s strong wicking action makes it the perfect wipe for spill control in clean rooms and laboratories. Made from strong and absorbent continuous filament rayon, the Royal wipe is very low in lint, and can be used for a wide variety of cleaning applications. As a note, the part number is in honor of baseball hall of famer Mr. Ted Williams, who wore number “9" for the Boston Red Sox.

Stratus Wipe

Pick up hazardous spills fast, without spread or contamination. JNJ’s Stratus SmartWipe is a multi-layer wipe consisting of highly absorbent cellulose sandwiched between two polypropylene barrier membranes. The inner layer absorbs 6.5 times its weight in liquid while the outside layers stay dry. Use Stratus wipes for cleaning up sensitive spills including acids and solvents, or in proximity to hot or live electronic circuits.

Clean-Task #430

This material is outstanding for its absorbency and low values of particulates and non-volatile residues.

It is comprised of a blend of cellulose and polyester fibers. The ultra-clean cellulose portion imparts this

grade with its high absorbency and body, while the long polyester fibers contribute to dimensional stability,

strength and wicking action. 430 is produced using the process of hydro-entanglement and is thus free

of chemical binders. Clean room Grade: Class 100.

SmartRoll SelectaWipes

Our SelectaWipes rolls have 200 perforated wipes and were designed for cleaning stencils, screens, PC boards, squeegees, tools and machinery. An economical all purpose wipe that can be used for every type of industrial cleaning application. SelectaWipes allow users to tear off a clean room grade wipe with the ease of paper towel. These wipes are made from the same Dupont Sontara® Cleanmaster material as our 401 UnderStencil Wipes and our Standard 4000 Series SmartRoll UnderStencil Wiping Rolls. They are tough and absorbent, and resist tearing or shredding, even when wet. Available in 9"x9" and 9"x12" with an optional dispenser made from anodized aluminum that can be grounded for EST sensitive areas.
