SMT Stencil Cleaner

A fast drying odor free solvent, GlobalTech® SMT Stencil Cleaner quickly removes solder paste from stencils, squeegees, printers, tools, machinery and PC boards, leaving no residue. Perfect for both manual and automatic cleaning, this formulation has been approved for use by DEK in the solvent bar system for their automatic stencil wiper assembly. An excellent all purpose cleaner and degreaser, it’s safe with most plastics and can be used to degrease UV curable inks & adhesives or as a general parts degreaser.

Solder Paste & Flux Remover

CFC & HCFC FREE, Aggressive, Water Soluble, Non-Flammable, Quick Drying

The preferred defluxer for R, RA, & RMA type fluxes. GlobalTech Solder Paste & Flux Remover cleans PC boards, contacts, relays, gold fingers and most types of electronic assemblies. Offering superior defluxing properties, this formulation may be used straight for maximum cleaning power or diluted for use in dip or ultrasonic tanks. The high flash point makes this cleaner ideal for spray applications.

Semi Aqueous Paste & Flux Remover

A safe, low cost cleaner for water soluble and rosin based fluxes and for general degreasing applications. GlobalTech Semi Aqueous Paste & Flux Remover works quickly to remove tough organic contaminants such as soldering oils, waxes, and other similar soils found in electronic assembly manufacturing. Excellent for cleaning printing screens, stencils and for misprinted PC boards. Does not require a rinse.

Ink & Screen Cleaner

Formulated to remove conductive, resistive, and dielectric thick film inks, as well as commercial inks, GlobalTech Ink & Screen Cleaner is used in the electronics and commercial screen printing industries. Inks, pastes, silicones, and most contamination associated with fluxes are removed safely from screens without damaging emulsions. Can be sprayed on, immersed or wiped with a cloth. Good for cleaning tools and machinery.

Epoxy & Adhesive Cleaner

A super aggressive solvent for cleaning conductive epoxies, 2 part epoxies, label adhesives, labels, and most varieties of glue or adhesive residues. The environmentally friendly alternative to petroleum based solvents, Global Clean is an excellent all around cleaner, for removal of most types of inks, including UV curable inks and epoxies, and inks used in lithography. Global Clean removes pastes, adhesives, light oils, and contaminants associated with most industrial cleaning applications. Bellcore tested and approved, Global Clean passed IPC Test Method 150. Removes cyanoacrylates and is safe on FR-4 boards and all metals.

GlobalTech™ Benchtop Electronic Hand Cleaner has been laboratory certified to be effective in the removal of lead and other toxic metals from all surfaces including the skin. Designed to be used at the workbench or any location where operators’ hands become soiled. Cleans hands, surfaces, fixtures and tools without requiring the operator to leave the work area. Designed for operators and technicians who routinely handle soldered PC boards and assemblies, solder reflow, wave soldering, solder paste screening, tin/lead plating and hot air solder leveling processes. SmartHolder™ Canister Holder

The SmartHolder from JNJ is a black anodized aluminum holder that can be wall or bench mounted. The SmartHolder can be grounded with a ground strap, making the entire unit anti-static when mounted. This low cost SmartHolder will also help prevent canisters from being lost or misplaced. Whether wall or bench mounted, SuperSaturated SmartWipes® in a SmartHolder is ideal for all work areas.

Bulk Chemicals

All JNJ GlobalTech chemical products, with the exception of the Benchtop Electronic Hand Cleaner, are available in 55 gallon drums. The drums are available in either high density polyethylene (HDPE) or in closed head steel drums with an HDPE liner. These 55 gallon drums are a cost effective way for all chemical users to reduce their cost per gallon of solvent. Both drum styles are easily outfitted for a drum faucet or drum pump for transferring solvent to other containers or cleaning equipment. Buying by the drum not only saves money on the solvent, but also reduces purchasing and shipping costs, and allows for wider use of the solvent throughout your manufacturing facility.

All drums come standard as High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). Closed head steel drums with HDPE liner available upon written request.
